On August 19th, at Livraria da Vila in Higienópolis Shopping Mall, the book “A Realidade Diversa na Sala de Aula: Como Lidar com a Inclusão e a Educação Socioemocional nas Escolas” was released. Itis coordinated by Débora Gerbase and Lica Ayres, teachers of the English Support Program (ESP), and co-authored by Juliana Sabino, a teacher from the Student Well-Being Center (SWBC) at Beacon.
The book is an indispensable guide for creating an inclusive and emotionally enriching school environment. Written by 30 co-authors, including dedicated teachers, committed coordinators, engaged parents, and experts in psychology and psycho-pedagogy, it reflects the unique collaboration of diverse perspectives and promotes tangible actions to foster a school environment that celebrates each student’s individuality.
